Returns & Exchanges Policy

Products purchased from this official website may be returned or exchanged within the 7-day inspection period starting from the date of receipt according to Taiwan regulations. Please note that physical retail stores do not accept returns or exchanges for online purchases.

As most Trollbeads products are handcrafted or made from natural materials, variations in color, texture, and pattern are inherent and make each piece unique. This is especially true for natural pearls, which may display natural differences in shape, surface pores, or fine textures. Such characteristics may differ slightly from product images.

If you have any questions regarding the product you received, please contact us immediately. Requests for returns or exchanges due to color, texture, or appearance will not be accepted after the 7-day inspection period.

Please be advised that custom-made items and exclusive special-order products are non-returnable.

If a product is damaged or has a functional defect, we will provide an exchange or repair service.

Return & Exchange Procedure

  1. Returned items must be new, unused, and in original condition.
    Due to hygiene considerations, earrings are non-returnable once the sealed packaging has been opened.
  2. All original packaging must be complete and undamaged, including warranty cards, packaging bags, boxes, complimentary gifts, and invoices.
    Please place all items back into the original shipping carton. We recommend taking photos of the contents before sealing the package and ensuring it is securely packed before returning it to our head office.
    Kindly remove or cover your personal address information on the original shipping box to avoid misdelivery.
    Returns that are not received, missing items, or damaged will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  3. After submitting a return or exchange request, please ship the product back within 3 days to the designated address provided.

  4. Once the item has been shipped, please notify us via SMS or our official LINE account (@pplusl) with the courier name and tracking number.
    Upon receipt of the returned item, we will complete the return or exchange process within 10 business days.
    Please note that, depending on your payment method, the actual refund processing time by payment platforms may take up to 30 days.
  5. If the return or exchange is due to shipping errors, product damage, or functional defects, we will fully reimburse the return shipping costs.
    For all other reasons, return shipping fees must be borne by the customer. For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, the outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Product Warranty & Repair Services

All products sold by P+L are covered by a two-year warranty. Within two years of purchase, under normal usage conditions, we offer free repair services for functional defects. However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Excessive force or improper handling
  • Use with products from other brands resulting in wear or damage
  • Exposure to strong acids, alkalis, or other extreme environments
  • Any form of human-induced damage

Please note that we only provide warranty services for Trollbeads products sold by our company.

If your product was purchased through another platform or distributor, please contact the original seller for warranty assistance.

For products purchased over one year ago that develop functional issues, we offer paid repair services.

Please send the product to our company for inspection and quotation. Repairs will be completed within 30–60 days after payment of the repair fee.
